When should I expect to receive my order?
Once an order is placed, it takes 24-48 hours to process. Shipping speed will depend on your selection at checkout. For the US, we offer two shipping options - Standard (3-4 business days) and Express (1-2 business days). For international shipping, please see DHL options available to your region at checkout. Once an order is shipped, customers will receive tracking information via email.
Do you ship internationally?
We offer limited international shipping options to Canada and the UK. Please note, however, that all import duties will be the responsibility of the customer. We are looking into ways to assist you with duties - stay tuned!
Can I cancel or modify my order?

Do you allow returns?
Yes, items can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition - unworn and undamaged with original tags.
How do I mail my return?

When should I expect my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days. Please note that we do not refund shipping cost.
